  • The master bedroom comes with a European king size bed (160cm wide) and balcony.

    The second bedroom comes with 2 single beds (82 cm wide).

  • WiFi with speeds of up to 200 Mbps is perfect for streaming and work.

  • Each room is equipped with an inverter air conditioner to easily maintain the desired temperature during all seasons.

  • Private parking for 1 vehicle is available at the back of the block for 5 EUR per night, subject to availability.

  • Both bedrooms have a workstation in case you need a space to focus.

  • Shampoo, shower gel and hand wash are available to our guests free of charge.

  • A 55 inch 4K Samsung Smart TV is available in the living room and a 43 inch 4K Samsung Smart TV is available in the master bedroom.

    All TVs have a great selection of Bulgarian and international channels.

  • The kitchen has fridge, dishwasher, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, as well as plates, cutlery and glasses. Complimentary premium tea and coffee is included.

  • The property has two balcony with lots of natural sunlight.

  • A washing machine and tumble dryer are available to our guests to use free of charge.

  • Both bedrooms are equipped with smoke alarms for our guests’ safety.
