We can accomodate up to 4 guests (including children).

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00. We may be able to accommodate late check-outs for a fee, subject to availability. Please get in touch for more information.

The minimum stay requirement is 2 nights.

A damage deposit of €150 / £130 (the most convenient currency for you) is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

There is a private off-street parking space available at the rear of the building for one vehicle, charged at €5 per night and subject to availability.

Alternatively, public parking is available on the surrounding streets within the Blue Zone at a rate of €8 per day, payable via the MPark mobile application. For more information, click here.

Pets are not allowed at the property.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the balconies. Any traces of ashes, cigarette butts, or burn marks will result in your deposit being withheld.

Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 23:00 and 08:00.
